Tournesol is the invitation to explore inner harmony through self-knowledge and the integration of contrasts in your life.
Tournesol is the instrument based on self-knowledge, through which we measure the harmony within us and choose the appropriate actions towards the objectives of transformation. It originated from three passions of the creator.
The memory of my first experience with litmus paper (“Tournesol” in French) has led me to associate it with the person who guides a process of self-discovery. Just as you need a contrast substance to be able to measure the pH level, you also need someone who knows how to expose you to contrasting perspectives to your current thinking. This way, you will clearly see what your role is in the well-being you aspire to. Through continuous learning, I ensure that Tournesol remains an updated and validated instrument through the benchmarks of science, so that you can use it with confidence.
Nature has always been a source of wisdom for me. Tournesol in French means Sunflower. Just as it rotates after the sun every day, I also invite people who work with me to make a complete rotation around their own self, the source of their truth. This means accessing the form of knowledge appropriate to the need: coaching, mentoring, therapy or any other resources.
The story we tell about our experience with the outside world is a gateway to understanding our inner world. Writing in the form of storytelling is liberating and revealing for me. My fascination with words, linguistics, and symbols has helped me easily observe and work with people’s discourse about themselves, so that they can rewrite their story in a direction that is beneficial to them in the present moment.
Decide to embrace their contrasts and allow life to unfold naturally, accepting bold opportunities for growth.
Understood that leading a group of people is a significant responsibility, and for that, solid and continuously updated self-leadership is necessary.
Irina Ioniță – the person who creates the space for the Tournesol experience. And she creates it differently each time, depending on the nuances you bring to the discussion.
… through a scientific understanding of the world. That’s how I started working in IT, a dynamic and rigorous field. For over 10 years, I’ve held various roles and coordinated projects, products, and teams in an intercultural environment. I’ve understood how you create the future every day through the decisions you make and how much you influence the lives of the people you work with, especially as a leader.
I believe in the continuity of my own therapeutic and coaching processes as a client, because it is a necessary act of sincerity towards myself and my own colleagues or clients.
I train my flexibility to change through uncomfortable transformations, which involve managing paradoxes, thoughts, emotions and sensations in contrast. Through contrast, the subtle nuances of life become visible. This is how the clarity we need for challenging decisions is built.
By creating a safe space for all the contrasts to coexist, I support professionals to become visible in the organizations they are part of, to accept and navigate challenges that contribute to the achievement of their (self) leadership potential.
A world where the contrasts within us and between us exist in harmony.
